Smoky Mountains cabins for sale with high rental history- Pigeon Forge TN Investment real estate, Sevierville to Gatlinburg TN - Investment properties ROI - REALTOR ® Prime Mountain Properties

Investors and Vacation Home Buyers

Get expert guidance & start your Smoky Mountain investment today.

I typically perform a daily search, of each MLS database, for my buyer clients.  I search for any new listings matching their search criteria. Most buyers and investors require a return on their investment (ROI) to either make money or at a minimum, pay the bills on their vacation home cabin investment. Many buyers purchase a vacation home but do not let it sit empty the majority of the year. They rent the cabin, either by owner, VRBO, or place the cabin on an overnight, STR (short term rental) program with a local rental management company.

If you would like daily searches and listings meeting your search criteria, contact me to discuss becoming a buyer client.  A buyer agency agreement is fairly simple. We could become agent and client in a matter of minutes. Contact me today, if you are interested.
